The Railway in Blackheath is a pub with vibrant atmosphere and vintage character in equal measure. The building may be trad, but our top-drawer drinks range is light-years ahead of the average alehouse offering. What's more, our satisfying pub food is available all day. So you'll have everything you need to settle in for an after-work session or a weekend well spent in your favourite local.

The Railway is within easy reach of Lewisham, Greenwich Park and Kidbrooke. It's also a great place to eat, drink and take the weight of your feet while visiting Cutty Sark or Royal Observatory.

By bus

Lewisham Station is 2 miles - take route 54, 89, or 108. Or take bus route 89 from central London, which stops in Lewisham and New Cross on the way down. There's regular service and the bus stops are right outside our door.

By tube

No tube station nearby

By car

Parking can be tricky before 6.30pm. After 6.30pm, try the big car park next to the station. Blackheath Village is clearly signposted just off the A2, heading towards Central London.

By train

From London Bridge, hop on a Dartford Train via Lewisham and after a wee while you'll end up in Blackheath. Funnily enough, The Railway isn't too far from the train station. Exit, turn right, and voila.
